| Justification of the problem taking into account the baseline situation in the project region | The Center has a Day Care Department for the disabled and elderly citizens (hereinafter referred to as DCD). All 42 people attending DCD, have medical restrictions on their work activities.Regardless of gender and age, people with disabilities have a common desire to be useful for society, to support their families (parents) financially. The older they get, the stronger they feel its necessity.When acquiring the simplest work skills, cultivating diligence, independence and ability to work in a team and for the team of a rehabilitation and labour workshop, people with mental disabilities will get a chance to be involved in a useful activity, which brings in. |
